I felt like the hotel was not fully ready yet, with some drawbacks like small rooms and a bit of a smell, but it was so comfortable that it was hard for me to leave. The long walk to the pool was a downside. The location, however, was exactly where I love to be.

The level of service was fantastic, with welcoming and engaging staff. However, there was an exception with the waiter at the bar on the 5th floor. The services offered were what I expected.

The hotel's location outside of Osaka Station was superb for accessing Shin Osaka Station and Shinkansen easily. The direct links to Kansai Airport were convenient, and the proximity to one of the main downtown areas was okay, requiring about a 5-minute walk from Osaka Station.

The dining options were a bit limited, especially regarding the Western-style choices. The quality was somewhat overpriced, but overall, it was an okay experience.

Staying on the 30th floor provided me with stunning views of the harbor both in the morning and evening. The rooms were spacious and offered great comfort. However, the housekeeping service was lacking as my room was not made up in a timely manner.

I found this hotel to be a comfortable stay with a convenient location, though there was a faint smell of cigarette at the entrance. The rooms were so comfortable that it was hard to leave, and the pricing was reasonable. The service was top-notch, with a fantastic bellman making me feel welcomed and engaged. The location was okay, just a short walk from Osaka Station and close to downtown areas, despite being a bit far from Umeda Subway station.
