Guest Ratings & Reviews
I felt like the hotel was not fully ready yet, with some drawbacks like small rooms and a bit of a smell, but it was so comfortable that it was hard for me to leave. The long walk to the pool was a downside. The location, however, was exactly where I love to be.
Staying on the 30th floor provided me with stunning views of the harbor both in the morning and evening. The rooms were spacious and offered great comfort. However, the housekeeping service was lacking as my room was not made up in a timely manner.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a super comfy bed. The service was top-notch with the staff going above and beyond to assist me. The location was convenient with easy access to public transport. However, the dining experience was nice but not exceptional compared to other 5-star hotels. Overall, a great value for the money.
I found this hotel to be a comfortable stay with a convenient location, though there was a faint smell of cigarette at the entrance. The rooms were so comfortable that it was hard to leave, and the pricing was reasonable. The service was top-notch, with a fantastic bellman making me feel welcomed and engaged. The location was okay, just a short walk from Osaka Station and close to downtown areas, despite being a bit far from Umeda Subway station. The dining experience was fine, with a relaxing touch of matcha tea provided at the end. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room for improvement.
